At OffTheWall Rod Works, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our rods and gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

1. General Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Items that are custom-built, personalized, or made to order are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

2. Return Process
1. Contact us at Admin@offthewallrodworks.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, etc.).

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will cover return shipping for approved claims and provide either a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
